Ayurveda Self Care: How to Honor Your Mind Body & Spirit

If you are on the path to a healthier lifestyle, this self care and self love class will accelerate that intention. 

We will learn the importance of daily rituals and the most effective Ayurveda cleansing methods that support your immune system, detox your body, improve your mood and energy while rejuvenating your senses.

You will be shown how to properly give yourself an Ayurveda massage, how to properly do "oil pulling", how to use the "neti pot" for nasal cleansing etc. We will also make it very intentional and highly loving to optimize your own healing energy. 

Ayurveda teaches that a daily loving ritual is the ultimate form of self love and a beautiful gift you give to yourself and others. 

These daily self cleansing practices are medically proven methods that keep your mind and body balanced and strong, but also support the maturation process of your life in a most delicate and graceful way. Prevention is the key to healthy aging. 

Perhaps the greatest benefit is the beautiful return to home that you experience with just a few days of caring for yourself in this way. You not only enhance your physical and energetic self- but you also reconnect to your inner peace and light~which will enhance your spritual practice. 

As always, we will end with a peaceful meditation to ground the senses.
